At TipsyLooks, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates (if any) intact.

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing are not eligible for return.

• Earrings, personalized, and custom-made jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons unless received damaged.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at returns@tipsylooks.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (in case of damage).

3. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return.

• For damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

• For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping charges.
